Warm sunny autumn weather continued in mid-October, as His Holiness Vishwaguru Maheshwaranandaji and yoga aspirants gathered in Vép, Hungary, for the farewell Yoga in Daily Life weekend seminar before Vishwaguruji's departure for India.

Celebrating the anniversary of 30 years since His Holiness Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Sri Swami Maheshwaranandaji brought Yoga in Daily Life to Slovenia, the Slovenian Union of Yoga in Daily Life organized a seminar and special celebration in Kranj.
Vishwaguru Paramhans Sri Swami Maheshwaranandaji's fourth pilgrimage to the source of the holy Alakhnanda River and Sri Alakhpuriji's gufa (cave), in September 2019, was a great blessing for all who traveled with him on this journey to the location of the origins of the Yoga in Daily Life master lineage, OM Sri Alakhpuriji Siddhapeeth Parampara.
H.H.Vishwaguru Paramhans Sri Swami Maheshwaranandaji's fourth pilgrimage to the source of the holy Alakhnanda River and Sri Alakhpuriji's gufa (cave) began in Rishikesh on the banks of the holy river Ganga, with a visit to Parmarth Niketan Ashram and H.H. Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, president and spiritual head of the ashram.

The three-week long summer seminar with His Holiness Vishwaguru Maheshwaranandji in Strilky, Czech Republic had multiple programs, including karma yoga (selfless work), meditation techniques (kriya anushthan), lectures, and practices of meditation, asanas and pranayama.
